All services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including situations where safety concerns exist or the requested work falls outside our scope of expertise.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Pretzel Solutions are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service. Our pricing practices include:

  • Free initial estimates for standard services upon request
  • Written estimates provided before any work begins
  • Final pricing communicated and agreed upon before work commences
  • Additional work beyond the original scope requires separate written authorization
  • Emergency and after-hours services may be subject to premium rates
  • Diagnostic fees may apply for certain inspection services, which are typically credited toward the cost of repairs

We strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing for all our services. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated to you before proceeding.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, AI assistant, phone, or email. Our scheduling policies include:

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of standard appointments
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to $75
  • Emergency services are available 24/7 and may be subject to after-hours pricing
  • We provide arrival time windows and will notify you if there are any delays
  • Pretzel Solutions reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our payment terms include:

  • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), personal checks, bank transfers, and cash
  • For projects exceeding $2,500, a deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins
  • Financing options are available for qualified customers on larger projects
  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month as permitted by applicable law
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the service date
  • Returned checks are subject to a $35 processing fee

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Pretzel Solutions stands behind our work with comprehensive warranties:

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with our work, we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge

  • Roofing: Up to 10-year workmanship warranty on full roof replacements, plus manufacturer material warranties of up to 50 years

Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection by our team. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.

7. Liability Limitations

While we maintain comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance, Pretzel Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials. In no event shall Pretzel Solutions be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

8. Property Access

By scheduling services, you grant Pretzel Solutions and its technicians reasonable access to your property as needed to perform the requested services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas, securing pets, removing personal items from work zones, and informing us of any known hazards (such as asbestos, mold, or structural issues). We will treat your property with respect, use protective coverings where appropriate, and clean up after our work. An adult (18+) must be present or accessible during service appointments unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

9. Permits and Compliance

Pretzel Solutions will obtain all necessary permits required for the work being performed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit fees are typically included in our estimates but will be itemized separately. All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. If existing conditions are found to be out of code compliance during our work, we will notify you and discuss options for bringing the affected areas up to current standards, which may involve additional costs.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pretzel Solutions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Pretzel Solutions and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission. The Pretzel Solutions name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Pretzel Solutions and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. AI Assistant Usage

Our website features an AI-powered scheduling and customer service assistant. By interacting with this system, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Conversations may be recorded, stored, and analyzed for quality assurance and system improvement purposes
  • The AI provides general information and scheduling assistance but does not replace professional consultation or diagnosis
  • Appointment confirmations made through the AI are subject to availability verification by our team
  • Pricing information provided by the AI is estimated and subject to confirmation after on-site assessment
  • You should not share sensitive financial information (such as full credit card numbers) through the AI assistant
  • You may request to speak with a human representative at any time

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pretzel Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of our website or services; (b) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any misrepresentation made by you regarding the condition of your property or the nature of the work requested.

13. Force Majeure

Pretzel Solutions shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, severe weather events, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, or utility failures. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable and will communicate any expected delays to affected customers.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where the services were performed. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorney's fees unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Pretzel Solutions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
